Yes, absolutely. The monthly payment is treated as an ordinary operating expense, deductible under code 100% from taxable profit. No limitations apply, unlike the depreciation of a purchased vehicle.
Can the VAT on the subscription be reclaimed?
Yes, for any company subject to Swiss VAT (turnover > CHF 100,000). The VAT charged on the monthly payment is fully recoverable, provided the vehicle is used for business purposes.
What is the minimum subscription period?
